*No person shall offer fireworks for sale to individuals at retail before the 20th day of June and after the 5th day of July.
*It is unlawful for any person to use fireworks within the City of Leeton in a manner that could cause bodily harm or property damage.
*It is unlwaful to use or discharge any firework except between the hours of 12:30pm and 11:00pm on June 30 - July 7 each year.
*Any individual in violation will be subject to a fine or imprisonment.
